  • The Instructional Fee is assessed for each student in grades Kindergarten through 8. This fee is used to cover such things as consumable textbooks, subscriptions and technology.

  • Each eighth grade student pays a Graduation Fee to cover the expenses of their graduation. (Due July 1, 2024 or with registration)

  • Parishioners may receive subsidy of up to $1000.

    • To receive the Parishioner Rate, you must be a baptized Catholic, and a registered, active, and supporting member of the parish prior to registration. Parishioners are defined as members of St. Joseph Catholic Church who attend Mass on a regular basis, contributing and using their weekly envelopes during the calendar year. Members of Our Lady of Grace Church and Immaculate Conception Church may also be considered parishioners at St. Joseph Catholic Church. If you are a parishioner of another Catholic parish, your home Parish may agree to subsidize a portion of your tuition. Please contact your Parish for additional information. Non-parishioners are defined as all others.

  • Multiple child discounts may be applied next if applicable.

    • Two Students: Up to $400.00

    • Additional Student up to $400 each

  • School and Church Volunteer Discounts of up to $868 may be applied next if applicable.

  • All discounts including the parishioner, school and multiple child discounts are subject to the financial ability of the parish and school, the decision of which is at the discretion of the Pastor and the school administration. All applications will be reviewed on a first-come first-served basis. Parish, school and sibling discounts will be applied to tuition cost only. If you have applied for a discount and you have not applied for a state-sponsored program, you may be referred there prior to getting an aid determination. All discounts are subject to the financial ability of the parish and school, the decision of which is at the discretion of the Pastor and school administration.

  • We accept FES-FTC, FES-EO, FES-UA scholarships (formerly Step Up, McKay, and Gardner) which may cover all or part of cost of tuition.

Tuition Categories

Tuition Categories Are Assigned by The Pastor

Proof that a family is eligible for a tuition discount will be the responsibility of the family by providing the following to the school.

  • End of Year donation letter from the Parish

  • Proof of volunteer hours from the school logged in Family Portal.

  • Proof of volunteer hours from the Church logged in Family Portal.

Families are required to do the following:

  • Be registered parishioners of SJ Catholic Church which they attend regularly, and

  • Use offertory envelopes to contribute financially to the parish or to confirm attendance – requested/suggested annual donation is $1000, and

  • Be actively participating members of the SJCC community by volunteering no less than 50 hours at the School and/or Church.

OR

  • Be registered parishioners of another Catholic parish and participate so that the parish will submit a letter of support pledging to donate $1000 to be submitted during the calendar year of enrollment, and

  • Volunteer 25 hours at the School.
