Mrs. Arita Cook – M.A. Webster University

(University of Central Florida, B.A. Webster University, M.A.) Mrs. Cook is married and has two daughters who attend Saint Joseph Catholic School. She joined the Saint Joseph Catholic School faculty in 2010. She has spent most of her 15 years of experience in higher education but truly enjoys working in early childhood! Mrs. Cook loves spending time with her family at amusement parks. Her favorites are Disney World and Sea World. She is a kid at heart!

Mrs. Mary Jo Mason – M.S. Wheelock College

Mary Jo Mason – (Prekindergarten/VPK Teacher) Wheelock College, Boston, Massachusetts, B.S.Ed. and M.S. Mrs. Mason lives in Palm Bay with her husband and enjoys reading, cooking, sewing, and bird watching. Mrs. Mason is grateful to be teaching our youngest learners in a loving and Christ centered environment.

Mrs. Mary Herrington – B.S. The University of Tampa, Elementary Education, 1990, carries Florida Professional Educator’s Certification in Elementary Ed and Primary Ed.

She grew up in the Diocese of Orlando, attended Divine Mercy and MCC, is married with 5 children, all attended Catholic school from preK through college. She brought many years teaching experience to St. Joe’s in 2016. She spends free time following her children’s sports, and getting to the beach. She has found a new home at St. Joe’s, and loves the community and the families.

Mrs. Ronda Degnan – B.S. Worcester State College

Ronda Degnan (First Grade Teacher), Worcester State College, B.S. Mrs. Degnan has been married for 21 years and has 2 daughters Sabrina 13, and Brandi 19. She loves to spend time with her husband Paul and family. When not in school she enjoys visiting state parks, canoeing, and doing all types of crafts. Mrs. Degnan has taught at Saint Joseph Catholic School since 1991. She also serves as the yearbook advisor. Mrs. Degnan loves helping students develop a love for learning. She has a warm and inviting classroom that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of her students.
